Heard Sri C.Rakee Sridharan, Iearned counsel for the petitioner ald learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women, Children, Disabled and Senior Citizens Department appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3

Petitioner is the mother and respondent Nos.S and 6 are her son and daughter. According to the petitioner, she has filed an application on 03.O2.2025 before fntt^ys5p6nclsnt under Rule 2l(3) of the Telangana Maintenance of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2011, as amended in the year 2O22 as per G.O.Ms.No.4O dated 30.12.2022, seekrng eviction of Sth respondent, who is her t son. Even then, 2"d respondent is not disposing of the said application in accordance with law. Aggrieved by the said inaction of 2"d respondent, petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Whereas learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women, Children, Disabled and Senior Citizens Department, on instructions, would submit that 2",i respondent will consider the said application and dispose it of strictly in accordance with law by
