Respondent No.5 entrusted tlit. survey k) rcspondent No.6, who in turn, issued noticc da1(d 03.05.202-5 lixing thc date of survey on 08.05.2025.

According to the lean.red counsel for t ru pt-titioncr, rcspondent No.6 did not conduct survey on 0! 05.2025 and requestcd the petitioner to submit fresh F-Line Lpplication in terms of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights l11 l-and) Act, !1025 (for shorl 'Act, 2025') and the'[:langana Bhu []harati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2()15 (1br shor-t 'l{ules, 2()2-5') rvere also lramed virle G.O.Ms.Nr .19, Revenue (l-and Adnrinistration-l) Department, dated 14.04.2025. Accordingly, petitioner subrnitted fresh F-Lin: application bearing No.DER022501202039, dated 05.07.2Cr1t5, under the Rulos, 2025. Despite receiving and acknowlecilring the said application, respondent No.5 did not act up:n the sarne.

Aggrieved by the said^inaction of^{respondent No.5, petitioner} filed the^present writ^petition.

Whereas, leamed Assistant Governmetlt^{Pleader for} Revenue, on instructions, would subrnit^{that respondent No.5} will consider the said F-Line^{application,dated05.07.2025} and conduct survey, strictlyⁱⁿ accordance^{with law.}

ln the light olthe said submissions,^{this Writ Pctitionis} disposed of directing respondent^No.5 to^{considcrthe said F-} Line application, dated 05.01 .2025 submitted^{by the petitioner} with a request to conduct survey and demarcate^{the subject} property by flxing boundaries, strictly in accordarrcc rvith law, by putting the^petitioner and all^{interested pa(ies on notice and} affording them. If respondent^{No.5 is not inclinedto accept the} request made by the petitioner, he shall^{assign specific} reasons, pass a reasoned order and^{cotnmunicate thc copy ol} the same to the petitioner.
