Learned counsel^{for the petitioner submitsthat the subject} matter of this Writ^{Petition is squarely coveredby the order of this} Court in W.P.N o.8576^{of 2025 dated 21.O3.2O25, and' requested this} court to pass similar^{order in the present writ Petition also' The}

sarne is not seriously disputed by the^{learned Government Pleader} for Forests.

In vir:w of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order r>f this Court in W.P.No.8576 of 2O2$, dated 21.03.2025, this Writ F'etition is disposed of directing the^petitioner to^{make an} application to respondent No.6 for release of subject^{vehicle, as} provided under Section 44(ll and (3) of the Telangana Forest Act, 1967, within a period of once week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon receipt of such application, the^Respondents No.4 & 5 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, stritly in accordance with la, within a period of one week thereafter and duly^(:ommunicate the decision on the said application to the petitioner. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
