Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Cou( may be pleased to issue any writ, order or direction more particulariy one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in calling the petitioners to Police Station Jammikunta on 12-06-2015 and 13-06-2015 as is illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of Article 14,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondents neither to summon the petitioners nor to interfere in the civil disputes and suits pending between the petitioners vide O-SNo.58 of 2008 and CM.A. No.9 of 2013, O.S. No. 134 of 2008 and third parties.

Buchi Babu, learned counsel on record appearing for ttre petitioners submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with a [berty to avail appropriate remedies under law in case the police continue to sumrnon the petitioners or interfere in the civil disputes and suits pending between the petitioners, as sought for in the present Writ Petition.
