This Writ Petition has becn tiled seeking to quash the complaint against the petitioners in Crime No.46l of 2022 on the file of the Second Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Khammam.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the lnvestigating Officer, after conducting the investigation, filed final rcport belore the Il Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Khammam. The said Court took cognizance of the matter and numbered the case as C.C.No.4157 of 2024. He fufther submitted that the petitioners and the de-facto complainant entered into a compromise before the Lok Adalat in C.C.No.4157 of 2024, and the Lok Adalat passed an award on 02.05.2025.
