Heard Sri Pullarao Yellanki, leamed counsel for the petitioner and Sri Somu Srinivas Reddy, leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue

The petitioner herein is claiming that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0.37^gts in Sy.No.135 situated at Gayamvarigudem Revenue Village, Chivemula, Suryapet District. In proof of the same, he has filed old^pattadar passbooks. He has submitted online application Nos.C12400008715 and C12300023347 dated 12.03.2024 and 06.05.2023 respectively with respondent No.2 to delete the name of Mr.Ratnavath Munsing husband and father of respondent Nos.5 to 8 respectively from the revenue records in respect of the subject land on the^ground that^his name was wrongly entered. Having received and acknowledged. the said online applications, the 2nd respondent did not act upon the same. Therefore, the present Writ Petition.

Whereas, learned Assistant Govemment^{Pleader for} Revenue on instructions would submit that the 2nd respondent^will

consider the said online applications submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law

In the light of the aforesaid submissions, this Writ

Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the aforesaid online application Nos.C 1 24000087 I 5 and C12300023347 dated 12.03.2024 and 06.05.2023 respectivelv submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance ivith law, by putting the petitioner and all .respondent Nos.5 to 8 on notice and aflording them an opportunity. If, the 2"d respondent is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall assign specific reasons and pass a reasoned order, communicate cop,v of the said order to the petitioner. He shall complete the said exercise within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
