Heard Smt. D. Padmavath, learned counsel^{for the petitioner} and Sri Somu Srinivas Reddy,^{learned Assistant Government} Pleader for Revenue appearing^{for the respondents'}

The petitioner is claiming that he is the^{absoluteowner} and^possessor of land^{admeasuringAc.1.0B guntas in} Sy.No.155/E/1 situated at Tolkatta^{Village, MoinabadMandal,} Ranga Reddy District. In^proof of the^{same,he has filed copy of} Iatest pattadar^passbook and title^{deed. According to the} petitioner, the said property was mentionedⁱⁿ the^{prohibitedlist.} Therefore, he has submitted online^{applicationdated11.10.2023} with ID No.2300154532 to respondent^{No.2 with a requestto} delete the said^property from the^{prohibited list.Despite} receiving and acknowledging said^{online application,respondent} No.2 did not act upon the same.

If^{respondentNo.2 is not inclined to acceptthe} request made by the^{petitioner, he shall passa reasoned order} assigning speciFic reasons^{and communlcatethe copyof the said} order to the^{petitioner. The entireexercise shall be completed} within a period of eight(8)^{weeksfrom the date of receiptof a} copy of this order. There^{shall be no orderas to costs.}
