I 1 .2016. Further, this Court, while disposing of W.P.No.48 of 2O2l ond bolch vide common order doled 07.09.2021, held os under;

The petitioners sholl cooperole in drowing the somples. Until the exercise os direcled obove, is compleled, subject of course to^pelitioners submitting opplicotions within the lime stipuloted obove ondⁱⁿ complionce of requirements of Clouse 5 of the order doted 23.02.2021 of the Government of Indio, petitioners ore entitled to monufocture ond distribule os contemploted by Clouse 4 of the order doted 23.02.2021 .
