This Court, on 16.10.2O24, in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in W.p.Nos.42 26, 4217, 4220 ' and 4224 0f 2024, granted an extension of time for a period of six weeks. lnadverten'y' this court directed to post these writ petitions on 26.11.2024, and later the same was adjourned on two occasions i.e., 26.11.2024 and 04.12.2024.

Today' rearned counser for the petitioners has submitted a Memo across the Bar stating that the 1st respondent-Bank has accepted the request of petitioners for One Time Set,ement (OTS) of Rs.1,11.72p00/- (Rupees One Crore Eleven Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand only). The Bank directed petitioners to pay Rs.56,00,000/_ on 09.12.2024, and balance to be paid on 16'12'2024' rt is fu rther stated that due to some technicar issues, they were unable to obtain a copy of the ors sanction retter. Learned counser, therefore, requests this court to take this Memo on record for consideration.
