Ranga Red'Cy Distict for taking furtLer necessary action and that cannot be the basis for refusal for registration of the sublect propertg. It is also perttnent to note that sub:;equently, no notification u.tas issued bgrespondent autlnities u.tith respect to the list of lands merutioned in the letter dated 10.06.2022. In uiew of the same, letter dated 10.06.2021 in Lr.No.ES/2825/2021 and the similar letter dated 29.09.2021 submitted bg District Collector, Ranga Reddy Distict to Distict Registrar, Regilstration & Stamps Department, Ranga Reddg District are not in consonance to the prouisions of Section 22-tl of the Act and 22(A)(1)(e) and Clause(ui) of the guiol.elines ancl the same cannot be referred for the purpose of clenging registration of the subject properties. Consequently, reference made uide Lr.No.ES/ 2825/ 2021, dated 10.06.2O21 arud similar letter dated 29.09.2021 are per se illegal, arbitrary and bad in lauL and are herebg set aside and u.lit petition star,.ds allouted. Registeing Authorities are directed to receiue, register and release the sale deed presented bg the .petitioner in respect of the subject propertg, subject to t,he petitioner complging uith the prouisions of the Indizn Registration Act, 1908, and Indian Stamps Act, 1899. It is also operu to the Registering Authoitg to refuse to register the subject document, by specificaltg assigning the reasons in terms of Section 71 of the Act, 1908 and communicate tlrc said decision to the petit.ioner .
