It i.s made clear that} mere registration of tte doanm.ent does^not anfer^{title on} the subject property and it b also made^{clearthat this} order uould not h.oue any bearinq^on all^{those matters} utLere title/rights of the parties are^{pending before tlte} authorities ettter in reui.sion/ appeals for^adjudication and in ang other case this order also does not^preclude tle parties in asserting tLeir rights before a^competent Court of law.

reasons, the Registering Authority shall record and communicate the same to the petitioner. It is also made clea-r that mere registration of the document does not confer title on the subject property and this order would not have any bearing on all those matters where title/ rights of the parties are pending before the authorities either in revision/appeals for adjudication and in any other case this order also does not trireclude the parties in asserting their rights before a competent.Court of law.
