Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent authorities without verifoing the records^properly has mechanically issued the said refusal order, dated 05.O3.2024, as^{the Fl/2O51l206,} dated 28.11.2006 and 2A.O1.2017 and G.O.Ms.No. 1077,^dated 07.O8.2OO7 which is already set aside by this^{Court in WP No.9604 of} 2O2O and batch, dated 28.02.2023 and the^{paragraph Nos.9 and 10 of} the order, reads under:

It^{is also opcn to thc RegisteringAuthority to} refuse to register the documents,^{by spccilically assigning the reasons} in terms of Section⁷¹ of^{the Act, 1908 and communicatethe said} decision to the^petitioner.
