District (Erstwhile Adilabad District), having purchased the same under registered sale deed vide document No.2l39 of 2011 dated 22.03.2011 . It is further stated that the petitioner has made number of representations to the respondent authorities, as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Lands and Pattedhar Pass Book Act, 1971(for short "the ROR Act, l97l"l and the Rules made thereunder, for mutation of the said properQr and consequential issuance of pattadar passbooks. It is further stated that when respondent No.5 - Tahsildar has not disposed of the applications submitted by the petitioner and taking advantage of the same, the name of respondent No.6 has been entered in the revenue records. Basing on the entries made in the revenue records, when respondent No.6 disputed the right and enjo5rment of the petitioner over the propertlr, the petitioner was constrained to file O.S.No.l26 of 2O2O on the Iile of the Junior civil Judge at Chennur.
