Itis the furthercase of the petitioner that he made an application,dated02.O9.2024 before respondent No.4 seekingregularizationof the sadabainama in respect of land admeasuringAcs.2-17 guntas in Sy.No.9Ol2lE/l situated atRelakuntaVillage,Nzrllabelli Mandal, Warangal District, andafter conductingnecessary enquiry, respondeut No.4had regularized the sada bainama and issued 13-B certificate in his favour.While so, whendisputes arose between the petitioner andrespondent No.5, respondent No.S lrled W.P.No. 16812 of 2O2lbefore this Court and the said writ petition was disposcd of uide order,dated 28-07.2022 directing respondent No.2 therein toconsider the online application, rlated lO.O1.2O2l submitted bythe petrtroner therein (respondent No.5 herein) forupdating the land admeasuring Ac.1.1O guntas in Sy.No.9O/1/ 1situated at Relakunta Vitlage, Nallabelli Mandal,WarangalDistrrct and pass appropriate orders within a period of eightweeks fromthe date of receipt of a copy of the order, afterissuing notice to all the interested persons.
