The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that even though he has submitted representation/ application dated 24 .O4.2O24 seeking correction of the entries in l B Register/ Dharani Portal, till date, the respondent authoriries are not considering the same

The learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos. I to 4 has submitted that in respect of the subject lands, an appeal uide A.S.No.334 of 20lS is pending for adjudication on the file of the principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District' L.B.Nagar, and taking into consideration or the same,

respondent-authorities have passed rejection order relusing to issue pattadar passbooks.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received the copy of the rejection order passed by the respondent-authorities and therefore, sought a direction to the respondent-authorities to serve a copy of rejection order to the petitioner to enable him to avail the remedies available under law.

[n view of the above submissions, this Writ l,etition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to furnish a copy of rejection ordcr to t[-re pctitioner to enable him to avail the remedies zrs available under lar,l'.
