Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or an appropriate order or direction to the Respondents for NOT-PAYING assured sum of Rs.5.00 lakhs only (Rupees Five lakhs only) on LIC-ID No- 2800760 under Master policy No504504504 to the Nominee/ Petitioner herein, for the death of petitioner husband on 03-1 1-2018 as per G.O.Ms.No.63, Agrl Et Co-op (Agri-ll) Department, DT.1906-20'18, even after lapse of considerable time, as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural law Et justice and fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution and consequently to direct the Respondents to pay assured sum of Rs.5.00 lakhs only (Rupees Five lakhs only) to the Nominee / petitioner herein, along with B percentage sirnple interest per annum from the date of death of the
