Ms.Anuradha Chekuri, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioners, Ms.Swathi Menon, learned counsel representing Mr.G.Kalyan Chakravarthy, learned counsel lor respondent No.9, Ms.Kalpana Ekbote, learned counsel for respondent Nos.26 and 30 and Mr.B.Navaneeth, learned counsel representing Mr.N.B.Sudarshan, learned counsel for respondent Nos.49 to 55 are present

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 ot the Constitution of

India, is hled by the petitioners, seeking the following relief

The case of the petitioners is that they have submitted a representation dated Oa.O4.2024 on the Iile of respondent Nos.2 and 3 stating that respondent Nos.4 to 75 are doing business contrary to the Master Circulars issued by RBI from time to time and also contrary to the provisions of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. The representation dated 08.O4.2024 would reveal that the petitioners

have made serious allegations against respondent Nos.4 to 75 about their involvement in fraudulent transactions and procedural irregularitics r,r'hile sanctioning loans and recovery of such loans.

The grrevance of the petitioners is that though they have submitted represe ntation dated 08.O4.2024 to respondent Nos.2 and 3, RBI is not takit-rg appropriate action, against fraudsters or agair-rst the transactions in electronic mode/UPI/Net Banking or against the scheduled Banks lor remitting the said amount which have been transacted illcgallv into the other accounts from the accounts ol the petitione rs / custome rs, as per the policy guidelines/ Master Circulars issued by the RBI from time to time.

Ms.Sesha Ratnam, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, would submit that respondent Nos.2 and 3 have taken cognizance of the representation/complaint dated O8.O4.2O24 submi[ted by the petitioners and they are examining the said complaint and they would consider the same strictly in accordance witl-r Lhe provisions of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 and Master Circulars issued by the RBI from time to time.
