This Writ^petition has been filed to issue an Order, direction or writ, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that the threats of the respondent to destroy the houses of 17 Gotti Koya families at the forest village of Vippata Gumpu, Uppaka Gram panchayat pinapaka Mandal, Khammam district without notice is illegal and unlawful and further directing the respondents to recognize and declare the right of habitation of the said 17 families in terms of Section 3 (1) of the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers Act, 2006.
