Whileso, it is alleged that petitioners/accused Nos. 1 and 2 collected the real life stories, photographs and videos of the deceased and his wife from various sources illegaliy, dishonestly and tried to defame respondent No.2 in the - eye of public by making the film named "Murder,,. Aggrieved by the same, respondent No.2 filed the present complaint against the petitioners by stating that the petitioners committed the alleged offences, by insulting the deceased and his family members, who belonged to SC (mala) communilr, in public niew which was registered as F.l.R.No.a6 of 2O2O.It is pertinent to note that against the same set of offences, F.I.R.No.139 of 2O 18 was already registered against the petitioners herein, charge sheet has been filed vide s.c.No.zo of 2019 before the learned special Sessions Judge for the trial of SCs/STs (poA) Act, 1989 cases-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, I/C. Family court Judge-cum-6th Additional District & Sessions Judge, at Nalgonda and the same is pending trial. The petitioners filed the present Criminal petition seeking to quash the same.
