This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents, particularly, the 2"d respondent in not releasing the other retirement benefits on the pretext of exchanging letters between respondent Nos.2 and 5 and to direct respondent No.2 to release the benefits.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.D.Sai Mahitha, learned counsel representing Sri Thoom Srinivas, learrred Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation submits that the other retirement benefits were paid to the petitioner and produced the receipts, dated 2t].O8.2016, 08.01 .2016 23.IO.2OIS, 1S.11.2016 , 10.08.2015 29.05.201.5, 28.O2.tO4 and O3.O3.2014 evidencing the payment of the r-espectirre amounts and acknowledged by the petitioner' The samc is.rot disputed by rearned counsel appearing for thc petitioner
