When the matter was taken up for hearing on earlier ocqaslons i.e. on 09.09.2023 and lS.Og.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and lastlv on 22.09.2023 al,so, slnce there \d,as no representation for the petitioner, this Court directed the matter to be Iisted on 29 .O9 .2023 under the caption "for dismissal,'.
On 29.O9.2023 also, inspite of the matter being listed under the clismissal captio.r, there r.l,as no representation for the petitioner and this court directecr the matter to be listed on 03.10.2023 under the same caption. Today also, there is no representation for the peLitioner in the morning and afternoon session. It seems that Lhe petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
