When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order dated 25.04.2023 passed by .this Court, wherein this Court directed respondent Nos.S and 6 to act upon the complaint submitted by the petitioner on 17.ll.2O2I to the 6s respondent, the respondent Nos.5 and 6 have acted upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.12.2021 and registered a crime uide F.l.R.No.162 of 2023, d,ated 29.O5.2023, against the 7th respondent; and therefore, contended that the cause in the writ petilion no longer survives for adjudication, and hence the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
