This Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief:

".....declaring the action of respondent No.4 in not conducting free, lair and proper investigation into the Crime in FIR.No.63 of 2023 registered offence under Section 447, 427, 435,324, 384, 506 rlw 34 of IPC on 30.03.2023 as bcing illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 2l of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 & 3 to conduct free, fair proper investigation into above Crime as FIR.No.63 of 2023 registered under Sections 447, 427 , 435, 324, 384, 506 r/w 34 otIPC by filing charge sheet before the concemed Court by taking action against the culprits forthwith."

It is the case of the petitioner that he had taken

permission from the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology for running the Stone Crusher in Survey No.20l of Amangal Shivar in the name of M/s.Swamy Constructions and is running the same. While the matter stood thus, on 30.03.2023,

respondent Nos.5 to l6 interfered with the business activity of the petitioner and demanded the petitioner for payment of the amounts for running the crusher machine in their locality. In
