Petition under Article 226 of lh|e Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other writ or direction directing the Respondents No. 2 and 3 to inquire and investigate into the above said matter as per the special provisions for tribals in respect of documents i) Doct. No. 112611972 is in respect of Nagaram Village, curries the name of only one person among all shares i.e., Kavali Pochaiah son of late Pochaiah @ Pedda Pochaiah. (ii) Doct. No. 571/1973 carries the name of only one sharer Kavali Jangaiah S/o. K. Ramaiah, obtained under fraud. (iii) Doct No. 926/1986 and Doct. No. 92711980 are fabricated and forged documents as the vendors No. 1 and 4 i.e., Kavali Lingaiah died on 06/08/1981 and Kavali Pochaiah died on 06/10/1983 respectively. (iv) Doct. No. 1469/1989 is a successive document of Doct. No. 926 and 927 of 1986, investigate in the matter and punish the wrong doers as per law in the interest ofjustice
