Petition under Article 226 of the Constitulion ol India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, thc High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature ol writ of mandamus declaring the orders passed by the lst rcspondent in Memo No.80l /TW.LTR12022- 1, dated.l5-6-2022 rejecting stay application while adnriuing Revision Petition filed by the Writ Petitioner for stay the orders passed by the Special Deputy Collector(TW), Bhadrachalam in LTR Case No.469l98/KGN1, dt.7-7-1999 and also the orders passed by the Additional Agent to the Government. Bhadrachalam, in C.M.A No. No.4l12021, dt.14-3-2022 communicated on 14-4-2022 in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.l.22 gts in Sy.No.l6, situated at Chatakonda Village, Lakshmidevipal li Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violation of Article 14, 2l and 300 A of the Constitution of India and also the provisions of Telangana (Schedule Areas) Land Transfer Regulation I of 1959 and its Amendment I of 1970 and consequently declare that the p€titioner is entitled to conrinuc in possession and enjoyment of the land till the disposal ofthe revision pending before the Government
