ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S. Ajay Kumar representing on behalf of the Sri M. Kesava Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that cause in the writ petition does not survive and no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
