Tal<ing into consideration the said submission of learned Government Pleader for land Acquisition, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2020 for payment of compensation, in accordance to law, within a period of three (03) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, duly communicating the decision to the petitioner. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
