Taking into consideration the above said facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petitaon is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 11.O4.2023 and 20.06.2023 which had even been acknowledged by the respondent Nos.2 ancl 3 on 2O.O6.2O23 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance to law, within a period of two(O2) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, duly communicating the said decision to the petitioner herein. However, there shall
