and the Land Acquisition OfFicer i.e. respcndent No.3 passed the Award, ciated 06.06.2003 and on the rt-.quest nrade by the petitioners herein, the same was referred to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, at AsiFabad under Section 1B of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short 'the A,:t, 1894') for redetermination of the compensation, v.ririch was tried in O.P.No.32 of 2007. Considering the saici reference, the Civil Court passed an order and cleci-ee, oated 29.04.2074, enhancing the compensation.
