The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent has not considered the petitioner,s representation rirated 18.07.2023 seeking for Urs permission of Hazrath Syed Abdul Rehman Baghdadi, Rifai, euadri R.A. Al Maroof Baday Baghdadi R.A on 2gtt,, 2gth, 30th luly 2023 i.e., Lunar 10, 11, 12th Moharram in Qittay Saleheen, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of 2nd respondent submits to this Court that the repre.sentation dated 18.07.2023 addressed by the petitioner had been acknowledged by the Telangana State Waqf Board on L8.07.2023. However, the same has not been considered till as on date.
