This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

"to issue an order direction or Writ more particularlg one in the nature of Wrtt of Mandamus or anA other appropriate turit declaring action of the Respondent No.5 Not implementing the proceeding No.C/ 8/ 06, dated 06.O1.2O06 that to implement patta in the name of the l.Gongilla Sangappa, 2.Gongilla Snsilo'm pertaining to Bhudan land in surueg No.19 an extent of 13-04 gts. situated at peddapur uillage of Veldanda mandal, that the Respondent No.2 issued proceedings fi. No.l545/2/76, dated 19.11.76 proceeding No.84O the petitioners mother gaue representation dated 28.05.2O07 and further representation dated 14.05.2018 till date not consider tle representations and consequentlg direct the respondent No.S to r.ssue pass Books to the petitioners pertains to land in Sy.No.19 extent Ac.13.O4gts. and th.e action of the respondent No.S is as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and oppoed to all principles of natural justice equitg and fair plag."

Heard Sri G.Rajeshwar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 5..

Learned counsel for the petitioners subrnits that petitioners subrnitted representations on 2a.O5.2OO7

requesting the respondents to issue pattadhar pass book to the petitioners in respect of the land to an extent of Acs.13.04 gts. 1n survey No. 19 situated at Peddapalli Village, Veldanda Mandal, Nagarkurnool District, and till date the respondents have not taken any action on the salne.

Per contra, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 submits that, during the pendency of the writ petition, the State of Telangana, while repealing the Pattadar Pass Books Act,l97 I introduced Record of Rights under the Telangana Rights in land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2O2O(Telangana Act No.9 of 2O2O) and also framed Rules vide G.O.Ms.No.4, dated Revenue (Assignment-I) department, l2.Ol.2o2l and by virtue of the new enactment and Rules thereunder, the petitioners may be granted liberty to make an application seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records in the Dharani Portal.

In view of the above said subrnissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to rnake rrecessary application invoking the Rules under Dharani Portal within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on sr.ch application being made, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within two months thereafter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
