respondent no.6 of rupees 15 thousand interfering into civil disputes on 31 .07.2023 at 7.45 pm in Banalra Hils porice station itserf but arso harassing the petitioners to pay additionar amount to respondent no.6 Respondent no 4 and 5 also forced the petitioner to sign on compromise papers and took signatures whrch were in printed form suppried by porice station itserf and arso wrongfuIy restrained the petitioner untir the payment is done to respondent no 6 in porice station. Respondent no 4 and 5 collected amount by committing extortion keeping the petitioner in the fear of grievous hurt and farse cases, body shamed the petitioner by illegal restrarning and wrongfufly confined the petitioner for money. Respondent no 4 and 5 are invorved rn snatching petrtioners and her sons mobire and caused disappearance of evidences relating to cognizable offences of theft ,life threat and also committed extortion Respondent no 4 and 5 threatened, abused taking personal character, used criminal force and also un parliamentary language in using police station and arso harassed the petitioner mentafly, which is iflegar and arbitrary. consequenuy direct respondent 2 and 3 to register the compraint made by the petitioner dated 01 .oa.zo23 against respondents 4 to 5 appointing speciar officer and take up the investrgation there of pending disposar of the main writ petition in the interests of justice.
