Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistalt Government pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 arrd.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's husband was a freedom lighter and he was granted Freedom Fighter pension. After his death, the petitioner was drawing the said pension. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that respondent No.l issued G.O.Ms.No.946 dated 26.OZ.lg7g sanctioning house site to the freedom fighters alrd pursuant to the said G.O., the petitioner has submitted an application on 13.03.2006

to the respondents requesting to provide house site as well as land under Freedom Fighter Quota but till date, the respondents have not taken any steps to consider the request made by the petitioner. At this stage, the petitioner approached this Court by liling the present Writ Pelition challenging the inaction of the respondents, which is contrarv to 1aw

4 . Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.7 and 2 submits that the respondents will consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 13.03.2006 and requested this Court to grant reasonable time

Having considered the rival submissions made by the respective parties arrd aJter perusal of the material available on record, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to diSpose of the Writ Petition by directing the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 13.03.20O6 for allotment of house site as well as land under the 1n Freedom Fighter Quota Narapally (Urban) Village,

appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
