This appeal is filed by the appellant - Insuratlce Company against the judgment and decree dated 16.11.2015 passed in M.V.O.P.No.I252 of 2010 by the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal-curn-Vl[ Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar.
