This Criminal Petition is liled under Section 4g2 of the Code of Criminal Proccdure, 1973, by the petitioners-accused Nos.2, 3 and 4, to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.224 of 2022, on the file of the Station House Ofl-rcer, Bhiknoor Police Station, Kamareddy District, registered for the olfences punishable under Sections 454 and 380 I.p.C.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police, after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and it was numbered as C.C.No. 13 of 2023. Therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal petition for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal pe ririon is dismisscd as inlructuous.
