This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-4 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.867 of 2Ol9 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-I Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri, MedchalMalkajgiri District, for the offences under Sections 120-(B), 4O3, 406, 4O7, 4O9 and 42O r / w 34 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 ald perused the record

Though learned counsel for the petitioner/A-4 filed the petition for quashing the proceedings in the aforesaid Calendar Case, he restricts his prayer to the extent of seeking a direction to dispensing with the appearance of the petitioner /A-4 in the aforesaid Calendar Case before the Court below.
