This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.J by the petitioners/accused to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.268 of 2022 on the hle of Station House Offrcer, Women Police Station, Charminar, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-4 of IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

On instructions and as per the e-courts case status proceedings, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation in the subject crime, the police filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and C.C. No.10322 of 2022 was assigned. Therefore, nothing survives in this criminal petition for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
