This Criminal Petition is firled under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C.J by the petitioners who are arrayed as Accused Nos.2 to 6 to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.263 of 2022 on the file of Station House Oflicer, Women Police Station, Charminar, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 49a-A, 406 and 506 of tpC and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowrv Prohibition Act.

On written instructions, learned Assistant Public prosecutor submitted that during the pendency of this criminal petition, charge sheet was hled, numbered as C.C.No.8958 of 2022 and, the same was disposed of by the concerned Court by way of settlement before Irckadalath. Therefore, nothing survives in this criminal petition for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
