This Crimina-l Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr-P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.l and 2 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.l75 of 2Ol4 on the file of Station House Oflicer, Falaknuma Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offences under Sections 42O and 506 of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

No representation for the petitioners. Heard Sri Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3/State and perused the record.

On instructions and as per the e-courts case stafus proceedings, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners/A- 1 and A-2 have died and trial Court on 25.02.2021 has dismissed the case against petitioneis as abated.
