The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of 1 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.161 of 2015 of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad.

Heard Mr. P. Vamsheedhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ytza:.ath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and therefoie, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the Crime No.161 of 2015 has been referred to Lok Adalath and was compromised on the hle of learned XV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Medchal, Malkajgiri District. To substantiate his claim, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor filed a copy of letter dated O5.O7.2023 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, PS KPHB.
