ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is frled seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.191 of 2015, dated 16.05.2015 on the file of Karimangar - I town Police Station, Karirnnagar.

None appears for the petitioners though the matter has been listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appea-ring for the respondentState is present.

On perusal of the proceeding sheet, it malifests that even on the previous date of hearing i.e., on 22.06.2023 and 09.1L.2O23, there was no representation for the petitioners. Thus, it appears that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter vigilantly and diligently any more, therefore, this criminal petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, it is needless to mention that
