This Writ Petition is filed seeking^{a Writ of Certiorarito call} for the records related to and^{connected with the orders vide Letter} No. CEIKTPS^{(o&MySE(A&PyDE(ADMyPO(ADMyAMHR-BIB} 1/D.No.36/20, dated 15.02.2020,^{passed by respondent No.3and to} quash or set aside the same holding it^as arbitrary^{and illegal'}

I.A.No.1 of 2021 is filed^{to record termsof compromise vide} Joint Memo and Memorandum^{of Understanding (MOU) dated} 12.04.2021.

Sri C.L. Narasimha Rao,^{learned counselfor the petitioners,} has drawn attention of this Court^{to clauses (A) and (B) of MOU.} In clause^(A) of MOU, it is mentioned^{thatrespondentNo.5shall} be entitled to take compassionate^{appointment providedby} respondent No.4 - Kothagudem^{Thermal Power Station (KTPS).} Respondent No.8 is a^{pensionerand he is not dependanton his}

deceased son late Ramesh and thus, respondent Nos.8 and 9 are not making any claims out of the death beneflts of their son late Ramesh. As p,31 clause (B), petitioner No.2 shall be entitled to receive death benefits i.e., Provident Fund, Gratuity, Ernployer Insurance benefits etc. and a sum of Rs.5,00,0001 (Rupees Five Lakhs ony) eanxarked separately to be given to petitioner No.2 to meet his educational expenses.

It is stated by the parties that they have entered into MOU dated 12.04.2021 on their volition without any coercion and they do not have arry objection if the writ petition is closed recording the terms of compromise vide Joint Memo and MOU dated 12.04.2021.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2021 is allowed and the Writ Petition is closed recording the terms ol compromise vide Joint Memo and MOU dated 12.04.2021 . The Joint Memo and MOU dated 12.04.2tt2i shall be made part of this order. No order as to costs.
