Petition Under Article 226 ol lhe Constitution of lndiapraying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of l,4andamus, declaring the action of the respondents herein in allotting the petitioner to the new local cadre of Vikarabad district, vide impugned Proc. No. ES/ESilVA/VIKA/SCAS/0O31 daled 21-12-2021 of the 1st respondent, by treating the transfer of the petitioner from ZPHS Nandigam, Nandigam Mandal, Ranga Reddy district to ZPHS Bomraspet of Vikarabad district as inter-district transfer foregoing seniority and allotting to the new local cadre of Vikarabad district as illegal, arbitrary, unfair, unjust, contrary to the rules, orders issued by the government in lt4emo No.4409/Services-lllA2l2017 daled 2310512018, G.O Ms No.317 dated 06-12-2021, Memo No. 1655/5PF-112021-5 dated 22-12-2021 and Cir. Memo No.1655/5PF-112021-7 daled 23-12-2021 apatl from violationof constitutional provisions and set aside the impugned allotment order and consequently direct the respondents to re-allot back thepetitioner to the Ranga Reddy district and continue in the sameplace and topass.
