This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India, is filed by the petitioner, wherein the following prayer is made:

"...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents not providing the Police Protection in spite of the fishing right issued by the Fisheries Department dated 21/01/2022 in Pedda Cheruvu, Kompally Village, l,,lunugodu Mandal, Nalgonda District is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of Cooperative Societies Act and as well as the fundamental rights guaranteed under the constitution of India consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioners to catch the fish in Pedda Cheruvu, Kompally Village, Munugodu Mandal, Nalgonda District and pass such other order or orders..."

2 Heard both sides. Perused the record.

3 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner society was given fishing rights vide proceedings dated 21.01.2022 to harvest fish in Pedacheruvu situated at Kompalli Village, Munugodu Mandal from 0L.07.202L to 30.06.2022. In terms of the said proceedings, the petitioner society has a right to harvest fish in Pedacheruvu.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries has conceded the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner society.
