The petitioner herein seeks a writ oF Mandamus declaring the action of lhe respondents in not conducting proper investigation in Crime No.27l of 2016 oF Godavarikhani I Town Police Station, Karimnagar District, in spite of submitting representations dated 04.01.2018 and 25.07.2019 to respondent No.3 as illegal, arbitrary and consequenUy direct the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to appoint Special Investigation Team (SIT) or Crime Investigation Department (CID) to reinvestigate the said Crime and file additional charge sheet under Section 173(B) or Cr.p.C.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondentPolice are not conducting proper investigation in Crime No.271 of 2016 of Godavarikhani I Town police Station, registered for the offences under Sections 364,302,201 read with 34 of IpC. The petition er also sought a direction to appoint Special Investigation Team (SIT) or Crime Investigation Department
