Heard the learned counsel^{for the petitioners,learned} Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing^for respondent Nos.l to 7 and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners fited W.p.No.332g1 of 2021 before this Court and this Court, yde order, dated tO.l2.2l2l, directed the respondents therein to consider the online application, dated 05.12. 2021, of the petitioners, seeking to conduct survey and demarcation of the subject property, and pass necessary orders thereon. The survey was fixed by the officer concerned on 28.12.2021. But, some unknown persons are interfering with the conduct of survey. Furthermore, the Award, dated 11.12 tr'72'2021' passed by the Lok Adarat Bench n",, -.",,_l'cu at Kollapur, in Lok Adalat Case No.200 of 2O2tin O.S o'259 of 202L on the file of Principar Junior civir Judge, Kolr the subject propertv between the per*ioners :::r:ilronins

It is pertinent to state that in the event of interference by any person/s in conducting survey of the subject property, the officer concerned oF the survey department will seek requisite police aid and proceed with conduct of the survey.
