This writ petition is filed to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ olMandamus or otherwise declaring lr.l.R. No. 3 of 2014 dated 06-01-20r4 filed under secrion 23 of the Juvenire Justice ( Care and Prevention of Children) Act, 2000, on the file ol. P.S. Regode, Medak District as arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction and violative A.icles 14, r6 and 2l of the Constitution of India andto set aside the same.

Respondent No.l filed counter affidavit filed opposing the averments in the writ petition.

Learned counsel Govemment pleader for the Horne submitted that stay may be vacated to enable investigating agency to complete investigation and he assured that petitioner will not be arrested and that final report will be filed as carly as possible.
