This Writ Petition is^{fi1ed seeking a writ of mandamus to} declare the inaction^{of the respondentsto enter the petitioners'} father's name in^{the columnprovidedfor such entryin Dharani} Portal^{prepared for the iandsof the petitioners existingin survey} No.454/A2 and^{survey No'454/A3,as i11ega1and arbitrary'} Heard the learned^{counsel for the petitionersand the} 2, learned Assistant^{Government Pleader'} 3. It is submitted that^{the petitionersinherited ancestral} property totalling Acs.31.09^{gts situated atEllanthakunta} Village from their^{forefathers. The landswere held by the father} of the^{petitionersby name K.JanardhanReddyand his name} was recorded in^{the revenue records. He died on l5'O7 'L997} and in the^{partitionbetweenthe petitioners,the first petitioner} got Acs. 12.35^gts in survey^{No' 139 and the second petitioner got} Acs.3.00 gts in^{survey No.58, Acs'2'10 gts in survey No'80/A} and Ac.1.32^gts in^{survey No.328. Apart from the said lands' in} rest of the survey^{numbers, both the petitioners were aliotted} equal shares.^{Subsequently,the petitioners appliedfor} mutationofthelandstotheextentoftheirindividualshares.

' W.P.NO.425 "ro,,0F 2022 Virasath proceedings were issued in favour of the^petitioncrs. After digitization of revenue records through^{DharaniPortal,the} petitioners approached the authorities for recording^{their names} in Dharani Portal. Though the names of the^{petitionershave} been entered in the revenue records, insofar as^survey No.454/A is concerned, the names of the^{petitionersare} entered but their father's name is not entered. It is^stated that survey No.454/A is sub-divided after^{partitionbetween the} petitioners whereunder the first petitioner was allotted Acs.2.O7 gts in survey No.454 lA2 and the second^{petitionerwas allotted} Acs.2.07 gts in survey No.454/A3 of Eilanthakunta^Village. 4. Petitioners submitted application through Mee-Seva^vide receipt dated 18.05.202 1 for entering the^{name ofthe} petitioner's father in Dharani Portal in respect of^survey No.454/,{2 and survey No.454/A3 of Ellanthakunta^Village. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits^that directions be issued to the second^{respondent to act upon} Dharani Portal application submitted by the^{petitioners dated} 18.05.2021.
