Petitioner states that he owns the afbrcsaid^{agricultr"rrallands,} He was issued pattadar passbook for an extent of^{Acs.1-10Gts., in} Sy.No.201AJ, Acs.4-13 Gts., in Sy.No.201/tJtl,^{Acs.0-38 Gts.itr} Sy.No.300/2 and Acs.0-3 I Cts., in Sy.No.305/3.^{I)art o1' landin} Sy.No.20llU and Sy.No.20llUU^rvas sold by thc^{pclitionerand iotal extcnt} ol land in Sy.No,300/2 was also sold. Dig.ital^{passbookwasisstted to thc} petitioner vide passbook No. I'26060 1904 18. in Iespect ol^lancls admeasuring Acs.0-3950 Gts., in Sy.No,20llU/1,^{Acs.2-33Gts.,in} Sy.No.201fuU and Acs.0-31 Gts., in Sy.No.305l3/1, total being^{an extent} ol Acs.4-2350 Cts. l'he suit I'or^partition in O.S.No.8 o12020^{was filedb.r} Marthi Sravanthi and another. Petitioner is not a party to the suit.
