rWhen the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that
by vinue of sutus quo granted by this C.oun on 18.02.2010, the
petitioner was allowed to continue in.the post in which he was
working and as of now, the petitioner has retired from service on
attaining the age of superannuation and hence, the cause in the
writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
In view of the same, the \7rit Petition is closed. No costs.
